Yoga & Functional Fitness
Functional training is, as the name says, a method to improve all mechanical functions and abilities of your body. It helps you to prevent your health and prepare your body for the demands of sports and everyday life. Yoga is a holistic mind-body discipline that not only improves your body awareness but also your concentration. You learn to calm down, to connect your breath with your movements and to accept yourself.
In my coaching I combine elements of these two disciplines to train you as effectively as possible. This is how you benefit most from my training sessions, both physically and mentally.
Nutrition & Clean Eating
Food is your main energy source and a natural medicine with life protecting potential. This is why you should pay attention to “Clean Eating”, which means eating conscious and preferring organic whole foods like vegetables, fruits, whole grains, healthy proteins and fats. In general eating like this and eliminating refined and processed foods from the plate is considered to be a health promoting nutrition.
In addition, it is more environmentally friendly if you consume less refined foods. This will reduce your ecological footprint.
Meditation & Mindfulness
Don`t forget that your spiritual life unconsciously has a big impact on everything you do. In order to be in a healthy harmony with yourself, you must find out more about yourself and become aware of your soul life. This will make you more balanced, help you to understand yourself better and enable you to lead a more mindful life.
